Hello Everyone,

Here are a few tips and tricks that I would like to share so you can achieve a 55+ score in the Hubspot SEO exam like me:

• Don't rely solely on slides for preparation - Make sure you understand the content taught to you in the videos as the majority of questions come from their content that may be potentially missing from slides for your betterment.
• Make Topic-wise Notes for each Section - Try to jot down important facts and definitions that are being taught, it will help you solve the factual MCQs during the paper.
• Do your Research if you don't have clarity - Under each section of the course, there are dozens of good articles and tools shared for in the Resources tab. Make sure you go through them all for your better understanding.
• Take things one by one - The duration of the SEO certification exam is 3 hours allocated by Hubspot so you have ample amount of time to think and analyze for the best answer for their Mcqs and check all that apply questions one by one and thoroughly. If you are good enough it will take you less than 1 hour to solve it.
• Understand the context of the question - During the exam, you are also given situational questions where a role of a person is defined to you and the task he/ she needs to perform to improve their SEO efforts. The things which are being tested here are the context of the problem asked and the best solution you can advise from the given options. The best way to do this is to understand the scenario and answer according to that for example if there is a question where the context leads to about goals and stuff initially so you should know that means setting up Smart Goals is one way to deal with it.
