Hubspot vs. Leadlander

I am new to the community and was wondering if hubspot has a leadlaner equivalent? Is it in my membership or is it an add-on?

I want to:

- see what companies are on our website (even though they've never been there before)

- see what people are re-visiting our website

HubSpot Sales Starter and up includes the prospects tool which looks like it does some of what LeadLander does. 

Prospects monitors annoymous visitors, tracks page views and tries to identify companies by their IP address. 

It includes a notification feature that can tell when companies you are interested in revisit your website.
