Defining RevOps and Sharing Your Learning Goals
Here at HubSpot, we define Revenue Operations, or RevOps, as the people, processes, systems, and data that control how your business generates revenue.
That means that if you work at an organization that generates revenue, then you have RevOps at play in your business!
RevOps enables you to not only strategically improve your customer experience, but it also lets you powerfully and intentionally scale your business.

My name is Zain. I live in Pakistan. In my point of view, RevOps is all about improving marketing operations, sales operations, and customer service operations by collecting useful data related to all these operations and then analyzing that data to make data driven solutions to improve all these operations to eventually make more revenue without having to invest more.

Rev Ops, to me, is the unification of marketing, sales, and customer success teams to create an excellent customer and prospect experience while enhancing the growth of a company and its customers' brands and businesses.

How do you define RevOps? RevOps is using technology to remove silos between departments like sales, marketing and customer success. It can also be defined as using technology to improve organisational productvitiy or velocity ;).
What do you hope to learn in HubSpot Academy’s Revenue Operations Certification? A broader understanding of the RevOps role and also the day to day tasks of RevOps Specialist.

How do you define RevOps? I would say RevOps is the art of unifying custormer facing teams(basically - Customer Service, Marketing and Sales) to deliver higher value customer experience in their buying journey using finetuned processes, systems and oriented people to achieve organization's growth
What do you hope to learn in HubSpot Academy’s Revenue Operations Certification? How to create such techniques in bringing these customer facing teams to align with new operations systems and processes
2.To give administration and management a better end-to-end picture while keeping day-to-day operations within the departments, revenue operations (RevOps) strategically integrates the sales, marketing, and service divisions.
3.We“ll learn how to outline the steps of your sales process, how to to choose a sales methodology to aid your team in completing them, how to combine your process and methodology into a playbook, and how to fine-tune our sales process over time.

Improving processes, database and reporting throughout the whole customer journey, with marketing, sales and cs teams, to have more efficiency and consequently increase revenue without necessarily spending more. 3. I hope to learn general directions our RevOps team should move towards, examples of succesful outcomes and best practices form other companies, and potential low-hanging fruits on the marketing part of the funnel that could turn into projects, as I come from a paid marketing background and focus mostly on marketing processes within the RevOps department.
My name is Mac and i lead Growth strategy and Revenue operations for a hyper growth B2B platform. I started my carrer in Sales operations and over the last decade understood the value of driving synergies across the customer value chain from Lead to Close. As I am transitioning into the world of RevOps, i realize the importance of renewals and value that customer success as an organization can bring to accelerate revenue and build long term partnerships.
RevOps is the holistic approach of unification of customer lifecycle (Lead - Close - Renew) through data driven insights and operational efficiency.
My objective of RevOps certification is to interact with Revenue leaders, share and learn best practices across the ecosystem.

Ans:Learn new ways of doing things and how to think around revenue driven decision.
RevOps to me seems like the magical wheel that we have ben missing for the last decade or so! i mean Founders were critical to the RevOps really, specially at early stage. but it can get more complex as CFO and all those positions come into place.
I hope to learn how to be creative in RevOps and understand the fundamentals (master the fundamentals i should say)
RevOps to me is the alignment of sales, marketing, and customer relationship management with the aim of offering the customer a consistent and seamless experience with each touchpoint.
With this course I hope to get a better understanding of the deployment of effective RevOps
