the conversion rate of email

SOLVE

Hi everyone,

long time no see. i have a question about the Marketing email. now we can see the sent rate/delivery rate... but we need the conversion rate too.

the logic is that: Conversion Rate = DEALS WITH ATTRIBUTED REVENUE / delivered number.  do you know how to creat the conversion rate and display it with other rates on the report?

Hi @Jaylin

To show marketing email and deals data points both together, we have to go for custom reporting. Hope this will help you

Please find the process below -

1 - Choose a custom report
2 - Keep primary source as "Marketing email" and other sources as "Marketing email Analytics"
Deals, Contacts.

3 - Choose the filter in marketing emails analytics as "marketing emails delivered" is known. And select a timestamp less than 1860 days ago

4 - Now you can choose visualization as a table format,

and put the data Row as "Record ID - Marketing email", in column - properties of marketing email delivered, open, and properties you want from the deal object (As shown in the figure)

By this, you can see the combined properties

Hey, @Jaylin 👋 Thanks for the interesting question. I believe you are thinking about this correctly, and you may have found an edge case where we cannot combine these data points in the way you want.

Have you tried experimenting with a Multi-object Report using Marketing Email and Deals as sources? Or other combinations that may not have worked like you expected? Having more information may help our community members better understand what might be possible. Or other ways to think about this challenge.

Best,

Jaycee
