report submissions into a specific form per month and location

We would like to build a report where we show the submissions into a specific form per month and location. We have already gotten to the point where we can display one form per location and current month.

However, we would like to have it with a time level run in the complete year, preferably compared to the previous year. This we have not found. Is it possible to display something like this?

Just to clarify, by location you mean where the form is placed, i.e. landing page a, landing page b, correct?

Depending on if you have a time dimension in your report and what type of chart you are creating, there is the option of selecting a comparison range in the display options of a report, see example below.

Is the report you have built a single object or custom report?

What are your data sources and filters?
