Hi @Andre, thanks for reaching out.

This article outlines how best to add your HubSpot tracking code to your Wix website.

In addition, you mentioned that the embed app is no longer there; could you clarify what you mean? Indeed, I did a quick search and found a mention of the embed app on Wix here: http://www.wix.com/app-market/html-iframe-embed/features . This Wix article also outlines how best to add HTML code to your Wix website.

Perhaps there is an issue with your Wix instance? In which case, it might be best to contact Wix support in order to get more clarification into how best to add our tracking code to your site.

Thank you,

May

hubspot tracking code on WIX website

I was looking into a different issue with the Hubspot forms and Wix. In searching for potential solutions, I made a couple of changes to how I integrated the Hubspot Tracking Code on a client site.

I'm not sure if Wix has added this feature in the last 6 months or so, but the way I set it up departs significantly from the recommended method for adding the code and appears to allow lead flows to work.

Under Analytics, you can add custom code snippets and specify where they should go.Under Analytics, you can add custom code snippets and specify where they should go.

Using a Custom Code snippet appears to add the code to the page and not an iFrame, which allows lead flows to work.Using a Custom Code snippet appears to add the code to the page and not an iFrame, which allows lead flows to work.I created a test lead flow after making this change and it seemed to work fine.

Basically, Hubspot needs to develop an app for Wix in order to get this functionality. The more votes we get on this request, the better chance we have of seeing this come to fruition. Vote for the feature at the link below and share.

hubspot tracking code on WIX website

Hello all. I am having the same problem with the tracking code not working on my Wix site -- Musiversal.com. Added it successfully following the Hubspot help article - https://knowledge.hubspot.com/articles/kcs_article/reports/install-the-hubspot-tracking-code

It shows in the page source. But, it is not working. Tested it using https://knowledge.hubspot.com/articles/kcs_article/reports/how-do-i-know-if-my-hubspot-tracking-code...

Is there something more anyone has found that we need to do to fix this? If this doesn't work, we have to abandon Hubspot as our marketing tool.
