how do you set permanent custom columns when exporting contact list in hubspot? I feel like the columns keep changing each time I export every month. I have to readd the columns I want. Is it because I change the date parameters of the list each time? I do a monthly report and update the create date timeline each time.

Thanks for the reply! Your screenshots do indicated that the order of columns is the same once starting an export. However, this particular order is not being kept by the actual export file (csv or xlsx). See my screenshot, please.
There's a bunch of threads in the community wondering about this mismatch; e.g. see here and here.
Would be great to get this fixed to safe time for regular exports.

if you want to save time for regular exports then export all your data and macro the columns in excel. until you add new custom fields, or hubspot does, the export will be the same each time.
