how to create a Pop-up forms reporting

Hello, we have a lot of pop-up forms on the our hubpot, but we are looking for a way to create a report with this information: name pop-up, views, clicks, conversions, contact gathered. We would like to export this report, because now we have to enter in every pop-up form in order to view all details. If we could export this report in excel, would be the best. Thanks at all support!

Not native built-in HubSpot functionality. Great suggestion for the ideas forum.
