Hi I was wondering how i could get the analytics for the questions I have in my chatflow. in particular i ask if the person is new to our company website. i want to know how many people are new to our website.
Two things here: 1) If you are collecting an email in your bot then you will be able to tell who was originally created by that bot interaction by filtering your contacts by their original source. Original source drilldown 1 = BOT.
2) If you qre not always collecting an email and just want to report based on yor custom question 'Are you new to our website?' then you need to make sure that you are saving the response to this question to a custom property in HubSpot. This will allow you to build lists and reports based on the answer.
