Where is reporting for the new Video functionality?

lösung

With Hubspot's new video hosting functionality, how can I see reports and analytics of the videos that are now on our site?

I was wondering this as well.

At the moment it seems the only place to view stats is by looking at the reporting for the page(s) it is hosted on - see the section towards the end of this KB article:

Thanks for that! I hope more reporting becomes available. I want to see analytics on each specific video, especially because many of our site pages have multiple videos so there's no way to discern which ones are being watched, it's just cumulative numbers.

Hi Devon - thanks for the feedback.

Reporting and analytics is something we want to go much deeper on and you'll start to see updates soon. Including the a simple way to pick from a list the specific video you want to see anlaytics on if there are multiple on a page.

Thanks,

Marcus Andrews - HubSpot Product Marketing

Hi there,

Is there a way to identify how many videos a contact has viewed?

How about whether they have viewed a specific video?

I am trying to establish customer engagement with our testimonial videos but I am not sure where to get that information from.

Thanks

Gareth

I don't think this is included with the "free" version of HubSpot Video. I believe you will have to upgrade your Vidyard account to get this type of information.

>>"it's just cumulative numbers."

True. Would be nice to see the deep on-page video analytics inside of HubSpot.

That being said, we can still see the deep video analytics directly in each player inside of our HubSpot-integrated Vidyard account.

Best,
Frank

There are no video charts in my page reports. Just high-level performance metrics.
