UTM Reporting

SOLVE

Is there a way to create a report based on the UTM/Tracking URL for 2 digital campaigns? I created 2 unique tracking URLs for each and I basically want to know which of those 2 campaigns is generating the most engagement/traffic. 

 

I have searched many posts but majority of what I am seeing is how to create UTMs but not how to report on them.

Hi @EOwen9,

 

If you want to see how much traffic can be attributed to certain parameters, you would do so in the web traffic analytics: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/reports/analyze-your-site-traffic-with-the-traffic-analytics-tool

 

If you want to see how many contacts in your CRM had these parameters as their source or last touchpoint, you could filter by or report on the original and latest source properties: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/properties/understand-traffic-source-properties

 

HubSpot automatically assigns source values based on this categorization: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/reports/understand-hubspots-traffic-sources-in-the-traffic-analytics-t...

 

There is no tool in HubSpot where you type in a specific utm parameter and it gives you a wholistic over of traffic generated, contacts engaged etc. You would have to use the tools above to get closer to the answer of this question.
