I'm looking to create a number of trend reports based on deals which we use to track members of our program month by month. For instance, we want to track the churn rate overall, within a team of reps and within a specific rep's deal base. This requires recording a reps deal base at the beginning of each month and the number of deals lost over that same month.
Surely there are others out there who have faced a similar situation? Is a Business Intelligence (or the tried and true Export and Excel) process really the only way to get results like these?
