We use GoToWebinar and it is integrated with HubSpot. How do I create a report of contacts that attended a webinar then submitted an enquiry? Or attended a webinar and then made a purchase?
If you're a Marketing Hub Enterprise user, you can report on this using the Customer Journey Maps feature that is currently in beta (more information here).
If you don't have Marketing Hub Enterprise, I'd suggest making an active list with the following criteria:
Contact has attended webinar: [XYZ]
AND
Contact has submitted form: [XYZ ]
Refine by: AFTER date: [Date of webinar]
This will pull in all the contacts who attended the webinar and then submitted an enquiry after watching. You can track/ report on how the list grows by clicking the "performance" tab on the list page.
