Tracking form fills from a link with a specific UTM tag

SOLVE

Hello Community,

I'd like to track the number of contacts that fill out a form after clicking a link tagged with a specific UTM Source.

The Traffic Analytics report lets me easily see the number of Sessions and New Contacts from a UTM Source, and the form analytics tab lets me see the submissions by source (non-UTM source), but I don't see where I can find submissions from a specific UTM Source for a specific form, or even on any form over a specific time frame.

I created the link with the UTM tags using HubSpot's URL Builder, in case that's relevant.

Thanks for any ideas or insights.

Does your form have the UTM fields as hidden parameters? If so then they should be visible from your form analytics. You can also export that data to be able to report on the form submissions by the UTM parameter outside of Hubspot. Unfortunately in Hubspot the reporting is all centered around the properties, and not the point in time that the form was submitted so if a second form was submitted with different UTM parameters and you try to pull a list on "submitted form with utm={X}" it would only show the current state based on properties instead of the moment in time that is captured in the form submission data.
