Tracking Code across domains

Hi, 

Our marketing site is www.domain.com and our live application is ww1.shiftnote.com, the marketing site is on wordpress and our live app is not 

I am new to HubSpot - if i install wordpress plugin for HubSpot and manually add tracking code to ww1.domain.com will i be able to create events / goals that follow users from ww1 to www?
