Time between form submission for List/WF

SOLVE

Hi,

I'm trying to create a list of contacts that filled out 2 forms on our site, BUT did it at least 24 hours apart. The aim is to use this list in a workflow and notify our SDR team if and when a contact has returned to the site and filled out a new form.

I am unable to execute this because HS cannot calculate on the time between the two last form submission.

I am looking for a workaround to solve this. I tried to create a new Date Picker property that would stamp the date of the 1st form submission, but there is no option to compare the 2nd form submission to the 1st date stamp

Any thoughts on a workaround?

Hi @ABaroz and @TomM2,

This should do the trick, re-enrollment enabled of course.

Hey @ABaroz I'd probably do something like you mentioned of setting a contact property with the date of the form submission, then delaying that workflow for 1 day so a contact can't go through it twice in a day.
You might call this form submission something like "date of 1st form submission" or "date of recent form submission". Something like this:

Then you could create a second workflow with enrollment like "Date of 1st form submission is more than 24 hours ago" and use an action to notify your SDR.

One thing you might want to consider is not allowing re-enrollment on the first workflow, so a contact can only go through it once. This would only set the "1st form submission" property once.
