Is there a way to suppress zero values in reporting?
1) I have a pivot where I would prefer to have blanks instead of zeros.
2) I have a chart of status by pipeline where not all statuses apply to each pipeline. I'd like to be able to select which columns show for each pipeline. It seems that zero values are suppressed automatically, but only if it's zero for the status for all pipelines.
I did some testing in my account and I can confirm that this is expected behaviour. It seems it's not possible to show empty values in reports at this time. I found a relevant feature request in our Ideas forum which you could support with an upvote or share your feedback in the comments.
I also wanted to invite a couple of subject matter experts to this conversation to see if they have any insights or workarounds they could share with us:
Also, I’ve noticed a similar idea already present in our Ideas Forum: Exclude months with no value from Report. To contribute, you can upvote the existing idea and share more details about your specific use case in the comments.
I have added my upvote and will share this feedback internally for more visibility.
Thank you and have a great day! Bérangère
