Subdomains appear as referrals on Web traffic analysis

We have many subdomains that is published on our own hosts, like dashboard, insights etc.

Each host has hubspot tracker integrated and we can receive page-view events. They have the same tracker id etc.

But in the Sources-Referrals report we see them as referrers.

We already added our root domain and all these subdomains to the additional site domains page of advanced tracking settings.

Could anyone help me, why do we see them as referrers?

The problem has been resolved automatically. I believe there might have been a delay on HubSpot's end, possibly due to caching settings or something similar.

Hi,

Could you check that automatic cross-domain link tracking is enabled in your account settings....it allows HubSpot to track visitors as they move between your domains and prevents them from appearing as referrals

Hope this helps!
