We are building out our marketing and sales funnel. We currently have 4 ways a lead engages with us, and as a result, the lead status journey may differ depending on the source of the lead.
Do lead sources have to be completely linear? Or can each lead go through a slightly different journey depending where it was sourced?
Could you give some examples for the values you're using in Lead status?
In general, this property allows for some flexibility. Unlike Lifecycle stage or any other stage property, it's neither used in funnel reports, nor can it be set for a funnel report.
I don't see any reason why you would have to use it with a linear logic.
