I'm seeking advice on how to get more accurate reporting re: revenue amounts (closed deals) generated by contacts clicking "add to cart" buttons in our marketing emails.
We're using the most up to date "Products" modules as part of the Shopify integration when building our emails.
Example of the confusing / vague reporting I've gathered so far:
^^ so supposedly ALL email mktg has resulted in $17-18k (across ~65 deals) over the past year
Then paradoxically.. this report shows single mktg emails with 4 MILLION in revenue? (exceeding revenue totals for entire company, btw)
Any help is greatly appreciated – I need to quantify how our ecommerce-product-emails are performing to our client. I understand there's going to be overlap in sources and contact activity, but I pray I can get a bit more deep & accurate than this! 🙏 Thanks very much.
