SEO Recommendations Compared to Website Grader?

Hi! 
I was wondering if someone could explain why on SEO recommendations that are a lot more issues that need to be fixed (thousands) compared to the hubspot website grader that gave my SEO a perfect score? I am just confused on what I should be focusing on, if I got a perfect score on one and the other I didn't. Thank you!
