Hi @HSalah Make "Closed Lost Reason" mandatory in deal settings. Build a report filtering for "Closed Lost" deals and group by reason.
Use HubSpot’s default "Original Traffic Source" (e.g Organic Search) or you can create a custom "Deal Source Category" (Inbound/Outbound/reffs) using a workflow.
