Reporting on Unengaged Contacts becoming Re-engaged.

resolver

Hi Friends, I need your guidance with a report.

We have a List named Unengaged Contacts and another List named Re-engaged Contacts. We have two Date Picker Properties for Unengaged Date and Re-engaged Date and with Workflows they are stampting dates for Unengaged Date and Re-engaged Date. Now we need to create a funnel report / general report to show % of Unengaged contacts who become Re-engaged Contacts.

Do you mind guiding me create this report?

Many thanks in advance for your kind help.

Hi @HubSprocket,

Funnel reports can unfortunately not be built based on date properties, this is not possible. Have you considered storing the information whether someone was re-engaged in a single checkbox property, then building a pie chart based on this single checkbox? You could still keep your date properties of course and use those to decide whether the single checkbox should be checked or not.

Alternatively, funnel reports also accept custom events, but those are only available on the Enterprise level: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/reports/create-custom-behavioral-events-with-the-code-wizard

@HubSprocket no need for two properties here – try moving "Re-engaged lead" into "Displaying", that should already show you what you're looking for 🙂

Thank you for the kind words!

With external tools like Coefficient, you can pull both lists and their associated date properties directly into Excel or Google Sheets, where you can easily calculate the funnel metrics. This allows you to track the total pool of unengaged contacts, measure the percentage that re-engages over time, and even break it down by segment or timeframe. You can also schedule refreshes so the funnel updates automatically as new contacts move between lists.

@victoriahcw one suggestion: since you’re a Product Solutions Engineer at Coefficient, it might be good to add a small disclaimer so readers know you’re affiliated with the company. That way, your recommendation is transparent.

Hey @karstenkoehler Boss. Created two Checkbox propeties named Re-engaged Lead and Unengaged Lead. Added them to the respective Workflow to mark contacts as Re-engaged Lead and Unengaged Lead. Now, used them in the report (image attached). Advanced Filters: Re-engaged Lead is Known AND Unengaged Lead is Known. Do you mind telling if the setup is correct? What else can be done to make it better (if any).

Thanks a million for your kind advice as always. You're the REAL CHAMPION.
