I have a situation that I don't think is possible, but I could just not be seeing a solution.
We have a new client for which we are sending emails daily. Is there a way to create a report or dashboard for the results of these emails to be seen all in the same place (instead of having to go into each email individually)?
If you have a Marketing Professional subscription or above, this sounds like a great use case for campaigns (more info in this HubSpot Knowledge Base article). You could create a campaign specific to that client and group emails accordingly. That's the best way to aggregate the performance of specific emails in HubSpot as far as I know.
Otherwise, the closest you could get would be setting a standard naming convention so that you could sort the emails by name within the standard HubSpot email reports. You'd still be seeing other emails in the report and in the aggregated totals, but you'd at least be able to see them in one place.
+1 to @jolle's suggestion. I would only add that the reporting that you see in the campaigns tool isn't very satisfying.
Once you have created your campaign and associated your emails with the campaign, navigate to Menu > Marketing > Email > tab Analyze and use the Campaign dropdown to filter for your campaign.
This is where the magic happens. All the reports are now filtered your campaign. Once you save them to a dashboard ("Save report" in top right corner of each tile), more date range filters unlock so you can ignore the date range before that.
Best regards!
