Report on progress from form submissions

SOLVE

Good Morning,

We currently have a form that a contact submits everytime they answer the questions. Our form currently has 10 questions. Therefore, a contact could submit the form a total of 10 times. If so, the contact will have a known value in our Q10 property, which would mean he has completed the entire form process.

What I am trying to figure out, is how would I go about showing in a report, the number of contacts that have answered Q1, Q2, Q3,.... and so on. This would help us to see where the contacts are dropping from completing the process.

So far, I have come up with a report that only shows a few properties, and it is showing me a breakdown per each answer for each question, which is not what I am expecting, or wish to show.

My goal is to have a report that tells me the number of contacts that have completed Q1 (whatever their answer), and Q2, Q3.... Basically, any type of report that could provide me with this info.

How could I go about doing this ? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance for your assistance and thoughts on the matter.

Have a great day,

Jason

From the sounds of it, this form is progressively profiling your customer and you want to figure out how many questions they answer. For that you could just look at contacts who have submitted the form and then count whether the properties for Q1-10 have a value or not. That should give you the report you want.
