Report on Total # of Companies without an Activity Type: Meeting of a specific 'meeting name'

SOLVE

I'm trying to create a report that tallies the total number of companies without a Meeting Activity of a specific "Meeting Name".

I'd also like to click into the number and see a table of each company without an activity of the specific meeting name

Report on Total # of Companies without an Activity Type: Meeting of a specific 'meeting name'

Hi @mkonz23,

This is currently not possible with reports, due to the fact that filters look always for the presence of something, not for its absence.

You can however easily solve this with company-based lists.

  1. Create a company-based list: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/lists/create-active-or-static-lists
  2. In this first list, filter for companies that are associated to an activity where the meeting name matches your keyword (see screenshot below)
  3. Create a second list of companies which are not a member of the list from step 2 (see second screenshot)

You would have to do this for every meeting name you'd like to filter for. As a result, you'd have a list (step 3) of companies where a certain meeting name is 'missing'.

Let me know if you have a follow-up question!
