Report about orders through newsletters

I would like to gain insight into my orders placed via newsletters. So which customers clicked through in a newsletter and then ordered one or more products? I can't figure this out with the report builder. Does anyone have any tips?

In addition, I would also like to visualize all orders/turnover that we achieve with special promotions, for example around Valentine's Day. I used campaigns for this, but this does not reflect the literal orders and turnover.

Please check if your email integration is active and ensure your "From" email is properly connected. 

Try using a different browser or clearing your cache. Also, verify if your email provider has any restrictions. To our top experts @evaldas and @Anton do you have any other recommendations for @MvanHoof matter?
