Hi @jennysowyrda ,

Taking OP's data

Raw Views 49 - Entrances 18 - TIme per pageview 48,71 Page Bounce Rate 100%.- Exit per Pageview 75,16 - CTA Views 94 .- CTA rate 0.

How was the 100% bounce rate calculated?

For example, we have data daily data as below

{
    "2019-12-18": [
        {
            "breakdown": "1213131",
            "contactsPerPageview": 0.0625,
            "exitsPerPageview": 0.1875,
            "rawViews": 16,
            "pageTime": 1265,
            "standardViews": 16,
            "opportunities": 1,
            "pageBounceRate": 0.5,
            "exits": 3,
            "submissionsPerPageview": 0.125,
            "pageviewsMinusExits": 13,
            "submissions": 2,
            "pageBounces": 1,
            "timePerPageview": 97.3076923076923,
            "entrances": 2,
            "contacts": 1
        }
    ]}

I would like to know how the bounce rate is 0.5? We calculate the bounce rate using the following formula and it is not matching is what is shown in the UI?

bounce_rate = pageBounces / standardViews ?
