Quick Q on media event: did not complete

I just wanted to check that this means they viewed the media, but they didn't finish.

The doubting inner voice in my head is worried that it might also mean any condition where a media event did not take place!

Would you be able to please clarify the media event metric? Are you referring to HubSpot video views or video retention? We define video retention as a measure of which parts of your video content were played.

If this isn't the metric you are referring to, could you share a knowledge base article with us in addition to the video integration if you are using one to measure media events in HubSpot? Thank you!
