Pulling an Email CTR Report Based on Persona/Account

SOLVE

I was looking to see if it'd be possible to pull an aggregated email CTR report and have a view by account, so that for each account we can see the average CTR on the account level from all recipients. Better yet, it would be great if you could pull this by Industry/Company Size/Titles/etc.

If not, what's the closest I can get to obtain that sort of info?

Pulling an Email CTR Report Based on Persona/Account

SOLVE

Hi @DBrown3190,

You would leverage contact properties here and run that calculation either inside of HubSpot, with a calculation property, or after exporting this information.

Marketing emails opened: the number of marketing emails opened. Please note that this value is incremented at most once per email; if the same email is opened multiple times, this value will only increase by one.

Marketing emails clicked: the number of marketing emails which have had link clicks.  Please note that this value is incremented at most once per email; if the same link is clicked multiple times, or multiple links in the same email are clicked, this value will only increase by one.

You would simply divide the latter by the former. If you're creating reports in HubSpot based on a calculation property of the above, you could filter that report by persona, industry etc. Alternatively, you would have to (filter and) export this information and run the calculation outside of Excel, if you do not have access to calculation properties and custom reports.

To see this on an account level, you would need calculation properties again. You can roll-up the contact's values into a company property and then follow the instructions above to get an account CTR:
