Contact analytics are a Marketing Hub Professional or Enterprise feature, see the info box at the beginning of this page: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/reports/analyze-contacts-with-the-contact-analytics-tool

Are you on a Marketing Hub Professional or Enterprise subscription?
