Does anyone have a KPI spreadsheet they use to track multi-channel analytics (Website, Blog, Social) in one dashboard?

Don't have a spreadsheet as such but this traffic analytics tool will help you out in a big way.
You can consider the following KPIs :
1. Page visit
2. Traffic on blog
3. Bounce rate
4. Blog subscribers
5. Session length
6. New contact created
7. Contact to customer ratio
8. Engagement on SM (Interactions/share/clicks/impressions)
