I'm trying to see the top forms that group of contacts have filled out. I have the Opt-In Totals report and that s great I'd love to add a fiter to it that only shows the results from a list of contacts but I can't seem to figure it out. Thanks for your help!

This sounds like a custom report someone created in your portal, not a default HubSpot report from the report library or marketing analytics.
If you want to customize a report, there are various ways to do so. Typically, when you're looking at a report, there'll be three dots in the top right corner or a customize button to get into the report builder – where you can then adjust the report filters.
Alternatively, navigate to Menu > Reporting > Reports, then search for your report, hover your mouse over it, Actions > Customize.
Ok cool I don't see those options, I'm currently a Super Admin, I'll look and see if there are any additional reporting options that are not turned on for me
@ParkerO could you share a screenshot of the report, ideally showing the interface surrounding it? Which subscription level are you on? Are none of the steps I shared working, not even the reports section?
