Hey everyone, I know that there is no particular solution to create performance reports on workflows. There's a beta version of analyzing the workflows that HubSpot has introduced but it does not suffice my use case. Are there any new work arounds that you have come across or implemented in your organization? My context is that there are about 6 marketing nurture workflows that I've created and I want to add all of their performace reports in one dashboard. This can include reporting on enrollment, goal acheived, email's performance, revenue attributed etc. Thanks in advance.
Nothing exactly like that exists at the moment. Here are a few thoughts:
Reporting on enrollment is currently best done by setting up a date property for each workflow and using the 'Set property value' workflow action at the beginning of each of your 6 nurturing workflows to stamp the current date. This makes for easy reporting on how many contacts were enrolled over time.
The same can theoretically be done with goals achieved – although this requires an additional workflow that enrolls contacts when they achieved the goal in the original workflow, then sets a date stamp in another custom property.
Email performance can be reported using the custom report builder and the email data sources in the custom report builder. It relies on a clear naming convention for your nurturing emails. You would display email performance and filter the entire report by email names, to only show the ones you're interested in.
Let me know if you have any follow-up questions!

@karstenkoehler Thank you for your reply. I guess this might work, for now. Additional two questions: 1. What do you think is the best way to get revenue that can be attributed to this workflow 2. What's the best way to find out how many mql's have come out of this workflow Thanks again
