Number of contacts that filled out a specific form show by week.

I'm looking for a simple form that will show me how many contacts filled out a specific form (or group of forms) broken down by week. It seems pretty simple, but I can't find it. The finished product would be a bar chart with the date on the x-axis, and the number of form submissions on the y-axis. 

I can pull a report that shows ALL form submissions. Not what I want. Only specific form submissions. Also, I can't break it down by week.

Any suggestions?

I mean, you could emulate this functionality by building a Smart List for each week in question. But you asked for reporting. Could be missing it, but don't see a way of reporting on this.

It seems like Hubspot's reporting often leaves a little to be desired. Are there third-party tools you like better?

Sure. We like Databox, but that's more of a dashboard reporting tool than proper reporting -- which (unfortunately) some clients still demand.
