Number of Leads vs Target

Résolue

Hello community, hoping someone has a smart answer for me!

Trying to create v simple number of leads vs target tracker. All leads (measure by became a lead date) in any given month vs a target. e.g this year we want 10,000 leads, where are we at vs target.

Goals functionality makes me select an ad account, but I just want totals in hubspot not from a particular campaign

Hi @GTaylor3,

When you create a single object report (Menu > Reports > Reports > Create report > Single object > Contacts) and choose either a line or area chart visualization...

... the dropdown in the top right corner will give you the option to set a monthly goal:

If you want a yearly goal, simply x12 it.

Number of Leads vs Target

Hey @GTaylor3 ,

Let's assume that you want to know the number of MQLs (or Leads, doesn't matter) and compare it to the goal.

If you have a Marketing Hub Professional, then:

1. you can go to Reports and Create a Single Object Report.

2. In that report choose the filters either

or

2. and then go to Visualization and choose an Area Chart where you can set up a monthly Goal for leads / MQL etc and also a comparison with the previous period of time.

Let me know if that helps or if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Anton
