We’re new to HubSpot and fully transitioned from our previous platform in August. One of the features we were excited about was HubSpot’s bot filtering system.
However, since the transition, we’ve seen a massive drop in unique clicks making me wonder if the bot filtering is too good — in some cases, 70–90% lower. At the same time, our click-to-form completion rate is sometimes showing as over 100%, which suggests HubSpot isn’t tracking all clicks.
Has anyone else experienced this kind of discrepancy? We’re trying to understand whether this is typical and what a realistic “new normal” CTR might look like in HubSpot.
