I'm looking for a report that shows (lifecycle stage) MQLAs, S0s, S1s, and S2s that have entered those stages in the last 90 days. So if they've become an MQLA, S0, S1, or S2 in the last 90 days they should appear on the report but if they're just sitting in that stage for a long period of time, then we wouldn't want them in there.
I also want another report, I also want conversion rates from each stage for the past 90 days as well.
@FarioConsulting funnel reports filter for the first defined stage entered date. There is no guarantee that all contacts entering the later stages within those 90 days are also included.

@Ishan5 if you want a conversion report, you'll have to create one report per lifecycle stage. There isn't any way to change HubSpot's behavior to filter by the entry date of the first stage in the report. Since that is immutable, there is no other way than creating multiple reports, unfortunately.

You will want to use a funnel report with the "Any" option to include contacts that have entered MQLA, S0, S1, or S2 stages in the last 90 days. FYI For conversion rates between each stage over the past 90 days, select the "All" option and ensure your date range is set accordingly
