Need clarity on Traffic Report for UTM Parameters

Hi Team,

 

I was looking for a traffic report for UTM Parameters and specifically for a specific medium that our company has been using "devrel-surfaces". As per the screenshot below, I can see traffic sessions and other parameters but the New Contact count is 0. However, I have created an active list to see how many contacts have been created from this UTM medium and I can see around 170 contacts.

1. Why I cannot see New Contacts number in the traffic report?

2. Is there a way I can see traffic report on my custom UTM property?

Thank you for reaching out. The traffic report might not display the New Contacts count due to possible tracking delays or filter settings. To view a traffic report for your custom UTM property "dev rel-surfaces," I recommend creating a custom report in HubSpot. This will allow you to specify the UTM parameters and metrics you're interested in.
