Missing Column Options on Email Page

SOLVE

I do a lot of analysis and reporting on our company's Marketing Emails and I'm curious why there aren't options to surface Total Clicks or Total Opens for emails when customizing the columns for viewing emails on the main Emails Page.

These numbers are available through reports, but those are limited to a 31-day window, and they can be found within any individual email so I'm hoping they could be added as options on the main Emails Page.

It would make my life a lot easier as I prefer to create a view of all the data I want there and export it to plug into my own database for better analysis.

Gotcha @EBayley44, correct, these numbers are currently not part of the export. I'm not aware of any workarounds.

If you want HubSpot to make this information available, I'd recommend posting a request in the HubSpot Ideas section of the community. https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/idb-p/HubSpot_Ideas

Hi @EBayley44,

Are you referring to Menu > Marketing > Emails as the main emails page? If so, you should be able to add columns for Clicks and Opens by clicking on Manage columns.

Via the Export button you can also easily export this information for analysis outside of HubSpot.

Best regards!

Yes, that's the Page I'm referring to but not the exact stats.

There are two other options for Clicks data and Opens data that are available when you look at the analytics for a specific email, or through the reports tool, that show the Total number of Clicks or Total Opens for a given email. These numbers include all the clicks by all recipients (for instance if someone clicks on multiple links within a given email it counts all those clicks). And for Opens it includes if a single person opened the email more than once.

The fields you are referring to are limited to how many unique recepients clicked on anything, or opened the email regardless of how many times. If you click on a specific sent email and look at it's individual analytics you will see the clicks and opens data broken out into two: Unique Clicks and Total Clicks; Unique Opens and Total Opens. But only the "Unique" numbers are made available in the main Marketing Email view where I can export the data from. And I'd like the option to be able to export those missing "Total" fields as well, if possible.

Thanks for your reply.
