Matching conversions to MQLs and SQLs to last campaigns

I am keen to understand if there is a mechanism for me to be able to tag or have knowledge of the last campaign the contact has engaged with whether that is completing a form clicking through to a landing page visiting a marketing event etc so that I can use this field as the source for MQL's and SQL's when I do my monthly reporting does that make any sense to you? This would help with Attribution
