I'm having trouble creating a report for a specific landing page. I understand that I can see the report from landing page performance tab but I'm looking a way to add those reports or create similar reports and add them into a dashboard for leadership because they want to see everything in one place.
Here are some examples:
I tried to find some resouces here but I didn't find any. I also want to show form submission in graph chart if thats possible.
Indeed the feature to send to a Dashboard is not there yet at the page level if i remember correctly. But that's fine we will hopefully manage.
Some common landing page reports are already included in HubSpot report templates (Reporting > Reports > Create report > Template report library). These can usually be added directly to dashboards without extra setup (in your case, you will have to add a filter if you want to report on a specific page).
Image 1 is a KPI report, "Landing page total views and form submissions" in the templates
More detailed or over-time reports may require custom reports (Reporting > Reports > Create report > Custom report).
Image 2 is basically landing page views over time, broken down by traffic source, which has to be custom if I'm correct.
Add "Landing pages" as the primary data source (contains info about your pages and their overall performance)
You'll need to add "Web activities" as an additional data source (contains the details for performance over time and the traffic sources)
The join between the two sources is automatically handled, you don't have to worry about that.
X-axis = Timestamp / Date of Activity / View Date (i don't remember the exact names)
Y-axis = Count of Page Views
Break down by = Visit Source / Original Source / Source Type
Add the filter option if you want to limit to a single or a set of pages
Image 3 has more data sources and may require some testing:
"Web activities" again as Primary Source
"Contacts" & "Deals" might be enough? I'd have to check.
Hope it is clearer and that you will find everything you need to make it happen 🙂
I would like to advocate for a feature available for landing pages similar to that of emails. When you're looking at an email's performance, there is a very useful option to export to a PDF, which provides the charts, a preview of the content and more ina concise PDF. This feature should be enabled on all marketing tools in my opinion.
