We have intercom setup as a chat bot on our website. If someone submits their email via intercom chat, their contact is pushed to Hubspot. The 'original source' of this lead is listed as offline souce > intercom.
Technically this isn't true.
For example, lets say this lead found our website through organic search. Once on our site, they instigated a chat with us via intercom. Techncially, organic search is the original source, not intercom.
Is there a way to remove intercom from the original source report? Because it's acting like a form, not an aquisition channel.
It is showing offline source as your contact is coming from an integration, and you could change that manually. As to do it automatically, I'd recommend consulting this post for more specifics on what is possible to pass on the hubspot_utk cookie in HubSpot in a way that would avoid the source marked as offline.
