Incorrect 100% Open Rates Appearing Immediately on Send

Before I start, we have Bot filtering switched on for all campaigns.

 

We have now had 3 email campaigns go out in the last few weeks where instantaneous incorrect open rates appear. Two of which showed an instant 100% open rate within seconds of the email delivering.

 

I appreciate that the use of Bots is making it increasingly difficult to identify actual opens by people, but the level at which this is occuring is now making it impossible to measure the success of our campaigns across the metrics our business analyses (a combination of opens, click-throughs, bounces & unsubscribes).

 

What is HubSpot doing to overcome these issues please?

Thanks for your post @NCantelo! This is a great behavior to bring up. While HubSpot is always trying to improve tools, our ability to detect bot activity is not 100% accurate. Check out this Community post by a member of the Product Team that covers HubSpot's approach to bots affecting marketing emails.
