When you customize the report, there are a couple of different filtering options you can use (pictured below).
If you're using lifecycle stages and marking qualified demo leads as a specific lifecycle stage, you could use that filter. Or, if you've got a demo campaign set up, you could use that filter. If you have a smart list of everyone who is a qualified inbound/demo lead, you can attach that as a filter as well. Finally, if you've got a custom property you're using to mark demo leads, you can add that as a filter.
I hope one of those options helps!

I use this report with a lot of my clients (screen shot below). It's a pre-built report from HubSpot called "Contacts created by interaction type" and it breaks out the type of interactions (including forms and conversations) that are generating new contacts.
To find this report in your dashboard, simply navigate to Reports > Create Report and then do a search for "interaction", from there you'll be able to customize the report to suit your needs.
Hope this helps,
Whitney

Thanks Whitney. Are you filtering out specific forms (like content downloads, low-intent forms) or how do you make sure these are only qualified inbound leads (demo requests)?
@SebScheuer Depending on how you're identifying qualified inbound leads, you could potentially use a filter for lifecycle stage = MQL, or to your point, filter by specific form submissions or recent conversion contains "demo request" (or whatever your naming convention is for demo request forms).
