I can't find the export option in my action list

Email or export reports and dashboards (hubspot.com)

I've been trying to follow this instruction but I can't find the export option for me. 

The screenshot is from my portal. 

According to the doc, this is available to all the plans. 

Does anyone have the same issue?

Hi @EKao,

This is a bit unusual and I can't reproduce it on my end. I tested as a user in a free portal without export permissions but was still able to see this option.

Were you invited into your HubSpot portal by an admin or are you the super admin? If not, could you check with them whether you have both Export permissions and all Reports permissions? https://knowledge.hubspot.com/settings/hubspot-user-permissions-guide

Thanks for the help. I'm the super admin but I can't find the option on my sidebar either. 

Do you know where can I find the option?
