HubSpot Analytics Code & HubSpot Tracking Code

Hello all!

Could anyone explain the difference between HubSpot Analytics Code and HubSpot Tracking Code.

We have a couple of different customers that recently moved their site from WordPress to HubSpot Content Hub (one professional and the other starter version).

On both cases, the website activity is not being tracked. On both cases, the page source code shows a 'HubSpot Analytics Code' but not the 'Tracking Code' ('Embed Code').

Has anyone experience something similar? If so, could you share how to solve this?

Hi @jpenaescoffie 

The HubSpot embed code is what you use to embed HubSpot's tracking technology in a third party website. The HubSpot analytics code is what appears automatically on HubSpot hosted pages.
