Has anyone worked out a meaningful way to use the Prospects data?
I have been working on a remarketing strategy and on the surface, Prospects data looks very useful but it actually seems like it's useless because there's no remarketing platform - Google display network, Facebook, Instagram etc - that will just use domain info.
Obviously we can use other data for remarketing but it seems a massive shame to have so much data and not be able to do anything useful with it.
I have always thought of the Prospects tool as an "early warning system" for B2B salespeople. In B2B sales, companies often develop a list of target accounts and develop plans to pursue them. The Prospects tool provides signals that sales and/or marketing is having success in attracting target accounts even if they haven't converted to leads yet. It also identifies accounts that should potentially be added to the target account list.
Show the Prospects tool to your sales manager and explain where the data comes from. (They will probably ask you if it identifies individuals -- no, but wouldn't that be great!). Explain how they can use it as outlined above.
If the Prospects tool helps you get traction with sales, the next step is to build an account-based marketing plan to support target account selling.
PM me if you have questions. Good luck!
John

In context to the reply above. Can you provide a short description of how we can aid Sales people to utilize the prospects data in the best possible way?
