How to stop IP address tracking

I would like to disable all IP tracking for customers who view our form. Sometimes we submit forms for clients from other computers, and I don't want the new contact information to overwrite the information of another contact that we submitted using the same computer. What is the best way to approach this? I don't really care about the IP tracking, so ideally I'd just like to turn it off for now.

Hi @SMurdock5,

In the settings tab of the form editor, there is a toggle "Always create contact for new email address". Enable it and contacts won't be overwritten anymore. (You need to make this change in each form.)
