Hi,
I have a property called "App Lifecycle Stage" and I would like to know which Companies entered a certain stage in the last week. How could I do that?
I can't use funnels as it doesn't use Companies and it only let's me create a funnel for property "Lifecycle stage" and not a custom one I created. Not sure if that's possible to add?
If I try to use Single object Report, then I can't choose to see only the ones which actually changed the stage in the last week as the only time component I was able to find is when is the Company created and that is irrelevant for this situation. Is there another way to do it here?
Thanks!

Hello @tamara3
Currently, we will be able to refine by date if the property is a date picker.
If this property is not a date picker, as a workaround you can export the property history, more information here,
this way you will be able to download a spreadsheet with the timeframe of this property associated with the company.
I hope this helps.
Kindly,
Pam

Hi PamCotton,
Thank you for trying to help out, but I'm not sure if it does unfortunately.
I would like to see all companies which have changed the "App Lifecycle stage" in the last week. So I need some property which can filter for the "changes happened in the last week" for the property "App Lifecycle stage".
Exporting property history will give me the info just for one company, and I need a report which includes all companies of a certain type.
I hope there is a workaround to doing this.
Thanks,
Tamara

Hi @tamara3
When you export the property history in settings > properties you will be exporting all companies that contain that information, and in the export file, you can filter by the date you would like.
The only way to filter by to refine by date if the property is a date picker.
Kindly,
Pam

Hi Pam,
Actually I just realized that if I create a Cross-object report, that it will also allow me to add a timeframe for it. So that solves the question! 🙂
Thanks for help,
Tamara
